Yilan Crabs

On occassion we travel to Yilan Wharf to pick up these succulent crabs, courtesy of mother nature.  Our fishermen friends save the freshest of these little critters for us.  There are times when Mrs. Jiang takes the liberty of sending them in the morning dawn by express delivery to us, a surprise and special treat we most eagerly accept.
